This Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made between a buyer (“Buyer”) and Dropshipping Store For Sale (“Seller”), regarding their acquisition of services or products as detailed below. By proceeding with their purchase, Buyer agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein.

Brief Description of Services/Products Offered

The Seller agrees to provide services or products as detailed in a proposal, invoice, or any other written communication between parties. Specific details and scope will be documented.

Purchase Price and Payment Method

Purchase prices will be as stated in an agreed upon proposal, invoice or any other written communication from both parties. Buyer agrees to make full payments according to terms set forth by Seller in their specified currency.

Delivery and Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of pre-designed dropshipping stores or products will be transferred upon full payment being received; for custom services or products, ownership will be transferred upon completion and delivery according to an agreed upon timeline.

Cancellations/ Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations will be adhered to the Dropshipping Store For Sale Refund Policy. Buyer acknowledges that certain services or products may no longer qualify for refunds once work has begun or ownership transferred, in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Confidentiality

Both parties commit to maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of an engagement, including but not limited to business strategies, trade secrets and any non-public data that might come their way.

Liability Limitation

The Seller shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages that arise as a result of or are related to using our services and products; these losses include profit loss, data corruption or business disruption.

Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced according to the laws and court decisions in the jurisdiction chosen by the Seller, with any disputes related to or arising out of this contract subject to exclusive court jurisdiction in said location.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between Buyer and Seller regarding its subject matter and supersedes any prior understandings, written or verbal, concerning it.

By proceeding with your purchase, Buyer certifies they have read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions listed within this Purchase Agreement
